We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders to mainland Portugal.

We also offer free shipping on orders over 150€ to all other countries within the European Union, Switzerland and United Kingdom. A flat rate of 7€ applies on international orders below 150€.

Dispatch

This specific product will be dispatched within a maximum of 7 working days after ordering.

Shipping

Shipping times depend on your location and the products ordered. Shipping times will be 1-4 business days in Portugal. Overseas deliveries may take between 3-6 business days, depending on your country.

Returns

Given the times offer a 60-day return policy to give you the assurance you need.

A well treated jewel can become even more beautiful and unique over time. To look after your jewellery we recommend it must not be worn in the bath, shower or whilst swimming and we advise any perfume or hairspray is to be applied before putting on your jewellery to avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics. Keep your jewellery stored in individual packs away from light and use a soft brush to clean your jewellery, rinsing under running water and dry it well. Last but not least, make sure you use it regularly use your jewellery regularly.
